  • Creating membership, verifying identity, and ensuring account security;
  • Providing matching, recommendation, and personalization services;

Within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, your data may be shared — with appropriate safeguards — with our service providers and business partners (hosting, payment, analytics, content moderation, etc.), legally authorized public authorities, and authorized private parties. Where our service providers are located abroad, transfers abroad may be made under safeguards required by law.

3. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected and processed electronically during your registration and use of the App, on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and, where necessary, explicit consent.

4. Your Rights under Article 11

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your data is processed;

  • Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of the Law;
  • Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred;
  • Object to results arising solely from automated analysis;
  • Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

5. Article 28 — Cases Where Rights Cannot Be Exercised

The above rights cannot be exercised where:

  • Processing is necessary for the prevention or investigation of a crime;
  • The data has been made public by the data subject;
  • Processing is required for audit, regulation, or disciplinary investigation by authorized bodies;
  • Processing is necessary to protect the State's economic and financial interests.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise the rights above, you may submit your requests, together with information confirming your identity, via:
