Welcome to Laya. These terms govern the agreement between the Laya application ("Laya" or the "App"), operated by BLN Global LLC, and you (the "Member"). Please read this carefully before joining; by completing your membership you accept all of its terms. If your content does not appear or goes missing, you can contact us at destek@laya.dating or through the in-app support channel.
1. Parties
This agreement is concluded between BLN Global LLC, which operates the Laya application, and the individual who becomes a member (the "Member"), and takes effect upon the Member's electronic approval.
2. Definitions
- App / Laya: The dating and matchmaking service offered via laya.dating and mobile platforms.
- Member: A person who completes the registration form, approves this agreement, and finishes the membership process.
- Standard Membership: A free membership with basic features and certain daily usage limits.
- Premium Membership: A paid membership in which the limits of standard membership are removed or expanded.
- Coins: A virtual unit purchased for a set price, granting access to certain privileges and features.
- Member Profile: The area created from the Member's information, visible to other members.
3. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to define the scope of the services Laya offers, the conditions of use, and the rights and obligations of the parties. By accepting this agreement, the Member also accepts the rules and announcements Laya publishes regarding the service.
4. Member Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Member agrees to act in accordance with this agreement and applicable law throughout the membership.
4.2. Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. In case of inconsistent information or doubt about age, membership may be suspended or cancelled.
4.3. The Member must provide accurate and current information. Impersonating others or creating fake profiles is prohibited.
4.4. Insults, harassment, hate speech, racism, violence, illegal content, spam, or advertising may not be shared in profiles or messages. Members may not share third parties' personal contact/financial information.
4.5. The security of account access credentials (passwords, etc.) is the Member's responsibility. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
4.6. Laya may share member information with legally authorized authorities in accordance with the law upon their request.
4.7. If content that constitutes a crime or violates this agreement is shared, membership may be terminated immediately and without prior notice.
5. Laya's Rights and Obligations
5.1. Laya reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue its services, features, and pricing, with prior notice.
5.2. Laya does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free but will use reasonable efforts.
5.3. Laya may remove content that violates community rules and suspend accounts.
6. Paid Services, Premium, and Coins
6.1. Premium membership and Coins purchases are made through the relevant mobile store (App Store, Google Play, etc.) or payment provider, and those platforms' rules apply.
6.2. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the relevant platform's policies and are generally handled directly through that platform.
6.3. Coins are valid until used, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If an account is closed for rule violations, rights to unused Coins may be forfeited.
7. Limited Liability
Laya is not responsible for interactions between members, user-generated content, or damages members cause to each other or to third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laya is not liable for indirect or direct damages. Ensuring your own safety in offline meetings is your responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
The App's design, software, brand, logo, and content belong to BLN Global LLC or its licensors. Members may not copy, reproduce, or use these elements without permission. The Member grants Laya a license to use content they share for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, fire, epidemic, war, strikes, or infrastructure/internet outages, Laya cannot be held responsible for delayed or incomplete performance of its obligations.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish Law applies to this agreement. The Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes between the parties.
11. Termination
The agreement remains in effect until the membership is cancelled. The Member may end membership at any time by deleting their account. Laya reserves the right to unilaterally terminate membership in case of a breach.
